WASTE INCINERATION PLANTS
Growing environmental requirements result in regular formation of new waste incineration plants and thus generate demand for materials operating in aggressive environments that ensure efficient combustion process. The need for refractories for combustion of biomass and other waste grows every year. Difficult working conditions and the effect of mechanical, thermal and chemical impact requires the use of proven, high-quality refractory materials. Our materials are operating in biomass boilers, slaughterhouse waste incinerators and medical and hazardous waste thermal incineration plants.
COMBINED HEAT AND POWER (CHP) INDUSTRY
CHP industry is a key recipient of aluminosilicate refractory materials. Our wide range of products is adapted to high-energy generation processes and difficult working conditions.
Our materials have been successfully used in Cement plant furnaces and shaft and rotary kilns. They are also used for calciners or coolers in the process of cooling of the clinker.
Our concrete meets the requirements of foundry equipment operation and has high thermo-mechanical resistance. We recommend our refractory lining materials for ladles and monolithic lining of downspout gutters and siphons in cupolas.
CONSTRUCTION CERAMIC INDUSTRY
Construction ceramic industry is the main recipient of prefabricated fittings for building furnace car shafts and tunnel kilns. We offer reliable materials with high thermal shock resistance.
Our materials can be used in the complex development of coke oven batteries. We can provide references confirming the quality and longevity of our concrete when mounted on the door of coking chambers.
IRON, STEEL AND NON-FERROUS METAL METALLURGY
Our materials operate in metallurgical thermal devices, both as prefabricated and loose refractory concretes. They are used in such systems as large shaft furnaces, electric furnaces and ladles. Our concrete has proven qualities to work directly with liquid non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum.
